Fruits and Veggies
We take pride in offering a fresh, seasonal selection of our own and locally grown produce, including greens, scallions, radishes, asparagus, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cucumbers, tomatoes, corn, summer squash, beans, lettuce, apples, pumpkins, gourds, cornstalks, and winter squash. To ensure you have the best variety, we also source high-quality produce that may not be available locally.
Grass-Fed Beef
At Beaver Pond Farm, we raise Hereford, Angus, Wagyu, and Charolais cross beef cattle, all grass-fed and finished for exceptional flavor and quality. There’s nothing like the taste of locally raised beef, and we take pride in offering outstanding quality at competitive prices.
Baked Goods
Enjoy our delicious homemade pies, jams, cookies, fudge, maple candies, and other sweet treats year-round! Our baked goods sell quickly, so be sure to order in advance for family reunions, weddings, birthday parties, or whenever you’re craving something special. Please note that for Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, pies are available by PRE-ORDER ONLY. Contact us anytime for more details!
Maple Syrup
We produce our own maple syrup, placing over 4,000 maple taps each late winter - early spring. Our farm store offers syrup, maple candy, maple sugar, and maple cream year-round. Looking to buy in bulk? We provide wholesale syrup for retailers and offer personalized maple syrup favors for weddings and special events—contact us for details!
Our sugarhouse, built in 1985, recently received an upgrade in preparation for the 2025 season. With help from a USDA climate resilience grant, we’ve replaced our old arch and pans with a more efficient system that reduces fuel consumption and emissions while preserving the tradition of wood-fired syrup making.
Hay
We produce nearly 1,000 square and round bales of hay each year. For your convenience, we typically have a few bales available at our farm store, and we offer delivery within 15 miles for an additional fee. To ensure availability, we recommend placing your order before the season ends. Contact us for details!
Christmas Trees and Wreaths
Our own and locally grown (NH & VT) balsam, Fraser fir, and Korean fir Christmas trees are available from the day after Thanksgiving until Christmas Eve. Each tree is freshly cut just days before purchase, ensuring long-lasting beauty and fragrance.
We also handcraft fresh-cut balsam wreaths in sizes ranging from 10” to 36” in diameter. Pre-order early for pick-up by Thanksgiving!
